If you are creating a short video for your poster, I suggest that at the end of your video, add a sentence such as: For the detailed information about xxx, please read the paper entitled xxx, which is included in the proceedings of 3rd Annual Research Conference in Adult, Community, and Higher Education. Then if people are interested in your paper, they will know where to find it.

You can also post your video in YouTube if you like, and we can add the link to the conference website.
